Hennepin Healthcare has suspended its no-consent ketamine study

That was fast. A day after Andy Mannix reported that the controversial use of ketamine by Hennepin Healthcare paramedics was actually part of a research study conducted without the consent of the research subjects, hospital officials announced that the study would be suspended. 

The Hennepin County Board has asked Hennepin Healthcare officials to appear at a meeting today at 1:30 pm CST. Tune in if you're interested: those meetings are live-streamed.
