"The memorial to radiation experiment victims is still hard to see, because the plaque faces backwards."

Well, let's consider this a partial victory. According to WCPO News in Cincinnati, my blog post of several weeks ago has shamed the University of Cincinnati into cleaning up its memorial to victims of Eugene Saenger's deadly radiation experiments. The shrubbery that was obscuring the memorial has been removed. But the memorial is still hard to find, and unless you knew the history of the experiments (say, by reading Martha Stephens' book, The Treatment), you would probably not be able to figure out why exactly it is there.
