“Apparently stuff was known and not communicated to us”

Regent Michael Hsu is shocked -- no, stunned -- that the Regents were not told about the sexual assault and harassment allegations against football players. (You know, the ones that were playing out just as Norwood "The Colonel" Teague was being outed for his creepy sexts.) Senator Terri Bonoff is virtually speechless. "What is happening? What kind of actions are taking place?" She is pledging to get to the bottom of the matter.

A good thing, too.  Because who could have possibly known that anything like this might happen? Who would have ever predicted it?  It's virtually unthinkable. I mean, it's not like there is a pattern.

Fortunately, we have a "tough leader" who is "'looking ahead through the turmoil."
