Legislators want the Norwood Teague investigation to be public (sort of)

So they say in a letter to President Kaler.  But they still see no need for hearings.

According to the Pioneer Press:

Last week, (Rep. Bud) Nornes told the Pioneer Press he didn’t see a need for legislative action with regards to the Teague scandal.

“I’m leaving it up to the university. They seem to be dealing with it adequately in my opinion,” Nornes said. “There’s no point in my mind of having any public hearing, at this stage at least.”

"Leave it up to the university."  Excellent plan. It has always worked so well in the past. Why would anyone want to change course now?
