What did the Regents know and when did they know it?

In late March, after Regent Patricia Simmons said that the Board of Regents had "received many briefings from the administration and was sufficiently informed" about the Markingson case, I decided to file a Data Practices Act request for those briefings. Specifically, I asked the University for the "minutes and records of any briefings the Board of Regents received on the controversy surrounding the death of Dan Markingson."

Last week, I received those briefings and I have posted them online. I will leave it to you to decide whether those briefings left the Regents "sufficiently informed" about the case.
