No justice for families of suicide victims

Let me make sure I understand this.  A 17 year-old kid, whose brother committed suicide at age 16, wraps himself in a blanket and sets it on fire. Three days later he goes to the hospital and tries to get himself admitted to the psychiatry ward.  He waits all day, but they just send him home.

Two days later, he commits suicide.

But his family can't sue, because the Minnesota Court of Appeals says the hospital is statutorily immune from liability.

Where is the justice in that?
