Five no-confidence votes for "transformational" MnSCU chancellor Rosenstone

That's a pretty serious faculty revolt.  Two no-confidence votes at separate campuses in a single day? It takes a lot of hard work to alienate that many faculty members so thoroughly.

Rosenstone told the Star Tribune that "this is not really about him at all."  Those no-confidence votes?  Must be a case of mistaken identity.

Of course, the MnSCU Board of Trustees doesn't see any problems here. “Steven has done everything possible to hear the concerns of the faculty and of the students,” the Board chair told the Star Tribune.  “I heard over and over, we need a transformational leader. And we got one.”
