Off Label screens this weekend at the Minneapolis St Paul International Film Festival

"Over-prescription of depression medication isn’t a new issue, but Michael Palmieri and Donal Mosher have chosen to look into it without alarmist statistics or antipharma grandstanding. Following up their previous film (October Country), the filmmakers instead focus on individuals, employing a meticulous aesthetic that blurs the line between tenderness and terror. Through eight portraits of people dealing with over-medication, Off Label handles its topic with poetry fit for the darkest American myths.(RIDM)"

The film screens on Friday at 7 pm and Saturday at 3 pm. Click here for more information.
